– Integrated discreet Polk Audio speakers throughout the property to provide high-quality sound for both indoor and outdoor areas.
– Set up CasaTunes for audio management, allowing control via Savant interfaces, including iPads and Savant Pro Remotes, strategically placed throughout the residence.

Network Infrastructure Development

– Ensured a reliable network infrastructure to support the array of technological solutions.
– Fortified the network with firewalls, network switches, multiple access points, and VLANs to segregate IoT devices, enhancing data security and minimizing cyber threats—critical for safeguarding the homeowner’s data and devices, especially during periods of vacancy.
